Shipping Information

Free delivery/shipping for orders over $100 to locations with lift access or ground-level entry, typically completed within 2-5 business days. For deliveries to islands such as Sentosa, Airports, and Airline Road, a surcharge of $30 applies, while deliveries to Jurong Island incur a surcharge of $50, regardless of order quantity.

If we are unable to deliver on your preferred date and/or time due to stock availability or scheduling conflicts, you will be promptly notified. U OFFICE CHAIR EQUIPMENT PTE LTD reserves the right to adjust delivery times or substitute the original item with a similar product of equal or higher value if necessary.
